Fu Ling  (Poria cocos)

Fu Ling is a subterranean mushroom with a diameter of up to 30cm that grows in Northern India, Central China, Japan and North America. It is harvested between
mid-summer and early spring, with the internal tissue of the mushroom being used. Fu Ling has been used in Chinese herbal medicine for more than 2000 years. This versatile medicinal plant aids with urinary tract problems and promotes healing after lengthy illnesses. Due to its calming and subduing effect on the nervous system, Fu Ling is ideal for stress-related conditions, e.g. nervousness, tension headaches, palpitations, and sleep disorders.
